The Stripfoil process was invented and developed in the UK. Research and development, production and service are all carried out from the Pharma Engineering headquarters in London, England.
We support our customers in the following ways- The machine is supplied with the Stripfoil Operation and Maintenance Manual and a DVD containing animated graphical representations of repair and maintenance functions.
- A telephone helpline is manned during normal office hours.
- The email address service@stripfoil.com is monitored out of hours too.
- First level telephone support is operated from Head Office by fully experienced technicians. These trained personnel can offer solutions by phone, and can send graphical instructions by email to solve most problems encountered during operation.
- Maintenance and basic replacement of parts is part of the training protocol. Maintenance contracts are not normally necessary, but can be arranged at the client's request.
- A full stock of consumables and spare parts is held at our plant for same day dispatch. GMP quality design and manufacture have ensured that major electrical/electronic parts are industry standard items available from distributors all over Europe and further afield if required.
- Where possible optional extra features and ongoing technical improvements can be retro-fitted to machines. The company's policy is evolutionary to avoid premature obsolescence.
SERVICE POLICY STATEMENT
The Stripfoil process is robust and was developed and tested over a long period. However all machines need attention at regular intervals and Pharma Engineering recognizes the necessity for immediate response to customers' queries, and gives priority attention to attempting to resolving any problems when they arise as quickly as possible.
